Important Notice & Disclaimer for Package Collection
We prioritize secure package collection, proper identification, and full compliance to protect both our customers and our operations.
- Packages cannot be collected without valid identification. ShipMax customers are required to present a valid ID to pick up packages. If someone is picking up on your behalf, you are required to send us an email/WhatsApp with authorization and a copy of your valid ID. Please note that person must have their valid ID with them as well.
- Please note that packages not collected within 5 working days of arrival will attract an additional storage fee.
- Avoid lost packages by ensuring that the required information is entered correctly when confirming orders.
- The company has the right to sell packages not claimed within 14 days to recover shipping and storage fees.
- ShipMax is not responsible for the shipping of any illegal material. If there is any violation of customs regulations, ShipMax will be cooperating fully with Jamaica Customs as well as the Jamaica Constabulary Force to resolve the matter.
